It was absolutely incredible! It was a small, intimate group. We were taught hand signals to do tricks with the dolphin and everyone got their very own dolphin kiss. I didn’t bring Mary Alice with us, because I was nervous about her attention span and carefully following directions at three years old; however, I think she would have done great! The program doesn’t have much downtime, so I think it would have kept her attention. It is also a very calm, peaceful environment. Everyone was so excited about closely interacting with the dolphin, and the trainer did an amazing job making sure we interacted with the dolphin carefully.
In this picture, we had just learned a trick and the dolphin came by and splashed us. Look at those dimples on Riley! He had a blast.
We all had a wonderful time and I’m so thankful for the opportunity. I hope you all get to go soon!
They have summer camps for 5th grade – 12th grade, so if you are looking for a fun activity this summer for your older kids, be sure to check this out!
They even have an area where you can just spend the day watching the dolphins and swimming in a beautiful pool right next to the dolphins. There is also a rooftop restaurant where you can take in amazing food and beautiful views of the dolphins.
